Ugh-Zan IV is the final boss in Serious Sam 3: BFE. Like his predecessor, Ugh-Zan III, he has four arms (though two of them are artificial) and is equipped with powerful weapons, such as a gun that shoots huge plasma balls. Unlike him, his lower half is completely artificial. They were made as a result of him losing his legs in a large battle before the events of the game.
